Waitt as a toddler

Description

Maude Comstock was born in Vermont, where her father was an elected officeholder. She became a teacher, then principal of a grammar school in Massachusetts. She moved to Ohio upon marrying Water Waitt, who was the president of Dry Batteries, Inc.
